Dr Maria Raskina graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Biological Sciences and subsequently attended New York University’s College of Dentistry, earning a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After graduation, she went on to complete a post-doctoral residency program in general dentistry at Mount Sinai-Roosevelt Hospital in New York.

In addition to working in the public sector, Dr Maria Raskina has over ten years experience in private practice, both here in Singapore and in the United States. She provides a high level of care to her patients, focusing primarily on the prevention and treatment of dental issues with minimally invasive treatment options. Dr Maria prioritises educating patients about oral health issues through open communication and addresses their concerns in a calm, clear manner to alleviate anxiety.

A strong believer in continuing education, Dr Raskina enjoys expanding her knowledge base with various courses and seminars. She practices all facets of general dentistry with a special interest in aesthetics. She is certified to perform Invisalign treatment.

Dr Maria is registered with the Singapore Dental Council and holds licensure with the New York and New Jersey Boards of Dentistry in the USA. She is a member of the Singapore Dental Association, American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

In her spare time, Dr Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, taking advantage of the travel opportunities Singapore offers and eating delicious local food.

Dr Maria is fluent in English and Russian and speaks Spanish. She feels most successful when helping patients improve their overall health and well-being.
