SAMPLE HANDLING AND TRANSPORT:
The biopsy sample will be sent to a third-party medical laboratory for analysis.

While the Clinic will take precautions to ensure the safe transport of the biopsy tissue, the Clinic and its staff are not liable for any loss, damage, or mishandling of the biopsy tissue that may occur during transportation or while in the possession of the medical laboratory.
