“General and cosmetic dentistry in a comfortable environment”

Dr Phillip Miller graduated from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California, USA.

Dr Phil provides comprehensive general dentistry, with a particular interest in creating personalised treatment plans that help patients maintain their oral health for life. He has extensive experience in both restorative and cosmetic dentistry, with a focus on helping patients restore comfortable function and smile with confidence.

For Dr Phil, dental treatment begins with understanding the individual behind the smile. He takes the time to listen to his patients’ concerns and goals, and provides clear, thorough explanations of their treatment options so they can feel comfortable and confident making informed decisions about their care. He believes that patient comfort is non-negotiable and is known for his calm, gentle approach. He treats every patient with the same care and attention he would give to a member of his own family. As a father of two, Dr Phil particularly enjoys caring for patients of all ages, from children to adults.

“Personalised treatment plans with a focus on preventative care”

Before pursuing dentistry, Dr Phil completed a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Physiology at Stanford University in the United States. His original research has been published in multiple peer-reviewed scientific journals. This research background has shaped his commitment to evidence-based dentistry and to making treatment decisions based on the strongest available scientific evidence.

Dr Phil has a particular interest in advances in dental materials, techniques and digital dentistry. He is a lifelong learner and regularly undertakes continuing dental education courses both in Singapore and overseas. He believes that staying up to date with developments in dentistry is essential to providing high quality, modern dental care.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Phil is passionate about fitness, enjoys travelling throughout Asia, and loves exploring new restaurants and hawker centres.

Dr Phil is registered with the Singapore Dental Council and is a certified Invisalign provider. He is also an active member of the Singapore Dental Association, the Aesthetic Dentistry Society of Singapore, and the College of General Dental Practitioners of Singapore.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth Whitening

Our signature teeth whitening involves applying a bleaching gel that targets surface stains, safely and effectively brightening your smile.

Dental Fillings

Composite fillings are used to treat teeth affected by decay or trauma. The material is matched to tooth colour and bonds directly to the enamel. The procedure re-establishes the tooth’s form and function.

Scaling and Polishing

Scaling removes plaque and hardened tartar from teeth and gums, while polishing smooths the enamel to help prevent buildup. It is recommended to get scaling and polishing every 6 months.
