1) Contact Inova Care Before Booking Your Appointment

The first step is to check if your insurance plan includes Inova Care dental panel. Do contact the Inova Care hotline via phone, email, or WhatsApp, or reach out to your insurance provider. They will help you:

• Advise what treatments are covered

• Issue your Letter of Authorisation (LOA)

Tip: If it is your first visit to our clinic, we recommend that you request for Consultation, Scaling and Polishing, 2 Bitewings and Panoramic OPG X-rays, and if you are keen on a specific treatment (eg. filling, tooth removal), do ask them to include those as well.

2) Make Your Dental Appointment

Once your eligibility is confirmed, Inova Care will coordinate with your preferred clinic to issue the Authorisation Letter (LOA) and schedule your appointment. We also encourage you to contact our clinic to confirm your booking and let us know that you are an Inova Care member.

3) During the appointment

When you come to our clinic for your appointment, bring along your Inova Care insurance card and/or NRIC. Our staff will verify your coverage, and we handle the claims and billing directly with Inova Care.
