5.1 Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

5.2 You may send your request to the contact details provided in Clause 11 below. Please be aware that a reasonable administrative fee may apply for access requests. If applicable, we will inform you of the fee prior to processing your request.

5.3 We aim to respond to all requests promptly. If we are unable to do so within thirty (30) days, we will notify you in writing with an estimated time frame for our response. In cases where we cannot fulfil your request for access or correction, we will provide the reason(s), unless we are not required to do so under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
