What to expect during your first visit as an SP staff?

A) Comprehensive dental exam

Your appointment starts with a detailed assessment, consultation, and any necessary dental X-rays to understand your current dental care needs.

B) Personalised treatment plan

A treatment plan tailored to your goals and preferences will be devised for you. If any procedures fall outside of the SP agreement programme, our team will inform you promptly.

C) Treatment and prevention of dental diseases

Depending on the treatment plan, your visit may include professional cleaning or other preventive care services. You’ll also receive guidance on how to maintain your oral health. 

D) Clarity on payment process

We believe in being upfront and transparent, so you’ll always be informed of the treatment costs before anything begins. This way, there are no surprises, and you’ll know exactly what to expect. Payment will be collected on the day of your visit. Please note that third-party schemes like Medisave or insurance claims do not apply to SP programme recipients.
